RATES

For those staying either in the main settlement or on the South End of the island, our set rates are listed below:

(These rates are not inclusive of the mandatory 10% VAT Tax.)

DAILY = $70

WEEKLY = $450

MONTHLY = $1,700

We do have an adjusted rate for those staying on the North End due to the rocky roads.

The roads on the North End are not paved and are not as wide as standard roads on the island. Set rates are listed below:

DAILY = $100

WEEKLY = $660

MONTHLY = $2,540

Please note that we do have a 1-week minimum for bookings during the months of March-July.

We do have a 3-day minimum for bookings during the months of August, September, October, November & early December.

We do have a 1-week minimum for bookings during Christmas/New Years time; specified as December 15th - January 5th.

Bookings for rentals during the rest of January and February are set at a 3-day minimum.

**Feel free to inquire in regards to a daily rental. If we are able to accommodate, we would be happy to assist. Any 1-day rental will be cash only.
