RATES

For those staying either in the main settlement or on the South End of the island, our set rates are listed below:

DAILY = $70

WEEKLY = $450

MONTHLY = $1,700

We do have an adjusted rate for those staying on the North End; roads on the North End are not paved as well as not as wide as standard roads on the island. Set rates are listed below:

DAILY = $85

WEEKLY = $555

MONTHLY = $2,120

Please note that we do have a 1-week minimum for bookings during the months of March-July.

We do have a 3-day minimum for bookings during the months of August, September, October, November & early December.

We do have a 1-week minimum for bookings during Christmas/New Years time; specified as December 15th - January 5th.

Bookings for rentals during the rest of January and February are set at a 3-day minimum.

**Feel free to inquire in regards to a daily rental. If we are able to accommodate, we would be happy to assist. Any 1-day rental will be cash only.
